Donations and Downloadable Files General Terms
Donations to e.motion21, Inc. of $2 and over are tax deductible. All transactions are stated in AUD $.
Downloadable files will be limited to a maximum of three downloads per purchase. Once downloaded, files are not to be shared, distributed, uploaded or copied without the written consent from e.motion21, Inc.
Regular Donations
It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient clear funds available in your account. You should check your account statement to verify that the amounts debited from your account are correct.
We may vary details of your agreement or a direct debit request at any time by giving you at least 14 days written notice.
If you wish to cancel, defer or alter a debit payment you must notify us by emailing us at least 14 days before the next donation day.
Disputes, Returns and Refunds
Donations
If for any reason you require a refund of your donation please contact us within 7 days of making your donation. Please note, after 7 days of receipt of any donation, no refund is available.
Merchandise
Our returns policy is in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, we do not have to give a refund or replacement if you simply changed your mind about a product.
A ‘change of mind’ can include instances where you buy an item but later decide or realise that you have selected the wrong colour, size or product.
